    I have a schreiber built in frost free freezer/fridge which is only 12 months old. The freezer keeps freezing up at the very bottom and across the top two drawers. i have defrosted it twice now but after a week the same thing happens again. I have checked that there is not anything blocking the door or anything blocking vents. please can you help.

    Hi sorry the model number is apm6855 i cant find the serial number for it.
