Screw fell in the vent duct for my oven

Hi

I have Beko CM 68210 S electric multifunction cooker, it’s an older model. While doing some maintenance on my kitchen cabinets, a small screw fell in the vent duct for the oven of the cooker.

My question is what’s the best way to retrieve it?

And will it cause problems if it stays in the vent duct?

My logic is that the duct system is closed off from the rest of the electronics, the screw is not going to interfere with the rest of the parts, it just going to stay in the oven vent duct.

Please share your advice.
