‘Search’problems

Whenever I use the ‘search’ facility I can never get beyond the first page and that always seems to be quite general. As an experiment I put in ‘Hotpoint WF’ on all categories and on trade technical enquiries.Although both came up with thousands of results there were only 3 relating to WFs on the former and 6 on the latter.Try to click on page 2 and it just tells me there is no more(the computer says no).So its back to trawling through ‘Trade tech enquiries’.Am I doing something wrong?

Hiya,
in the search box put Hotpoint AND wf740
then click on search. The AND must be in capitals.

If you just put wf it comes up with nothing.

I am not noted for my computer skills, and the above info will be useful to me. I feel that the info
contained in the forums could be much more useful if you could categorise it, e.g. bring up all faults for a particular make and model of washing machine. Maybe we could have more forums, say one for washing machines, one for washer dryers, one for tumble dryers., and so on. I too have suffered from the problem of only being able to access one page per search. Maybe its just me, but perhaps someone could post an idiots guide to searching the Forums.

Yep me too, very frustrating indeed isn’t it? Too much info locked away and unreadable… 🙁
