Hi Customer dropped in this vac with the cable and handle in bits.
Just want to know what the short piece of wire about 4 inches in length with what appears to be a diode with an eye let hanging no where!! 😕 it seems to be connected to the live side and goes through the plastic handle sits in a slot which touches the metal handle, I assume this is for static discharge ❓
