    hi lads this 5 year old dishwasher fills fine then when you think its time for motor kick in . it starts to fill and empty all time , the transfer tube is clear an floats too . i see this has a impelar jug on it / looks different on diagram than i have seen before . does it sound like this is the reason or a pcb prob ? cheers

    Sounds like impeller/flow rate meter. There are 2 types. The usual one – 424099 – is a circular shape but there is one that is fitted on some Siemens models that looks like a vertical tube and is connected directly to the bottom of the inlet matrix.

    hiya i have fitted the circular one a few times . but that usualy shows up as a tap fault in display. i have checked model on bsh and its showing the vertical one
