SEME lower free carriage threshold to £10

I revieved this today from the whitegoods department at SEME requesting I post it here:

Within the last few days, I’m delighted to tell you that Seme NEDIS Ltd has made changes to its CD/Internet ordering charges. Any stock order with a goods value over £10 placed by SALI-CD or via http://www.semenedis.com will be despatched carriage free. Any order placed with a value under £10 will incur a small carriage charge of just £2.25. These charges exclude parcels which require special packaging, handling or are classed as oversized. These charges are applicable to UK Mainland deliveries only.

I’m hoping you will be able to post this information onto your website forum, to alert your fellow tradesmen to this new structure. Please let me know your opinions

Anyone actually tried an order under £25 but above £10 ❓

On the sali CD when I pressed submit I got a warning that orders under £25 would incurr carriage charge 😕 and being a canny Scotsman I haven`t had the nerve to proceed :).

Seme NEDIS have reduced the carriage threshold so have faith and press that button! 😀 😀

Thanks Lee , I ended up placing order well above £25 anyway having checked my van for bits and pieces I was in need of 🙂 but your reassurance is appreciated as unexpected carriage charges are very annoying :roll:.
