    Re: September 2009

Hehe, that should set them thinking Chris. 😀

Lawrence/Adie, any news on the COP yet? We really want to push that for February and time is not on our side.

If it gets approved, keep it quiet until then please as I have a plan. It’s evil, it’s devious and it’s lovely. I just need all the stuff I have on the go to come together for the deadline and I really don’t want it to slip till September 2010.

We need that to move on.

Can you do an emailshot of the WTA membership, like you can with the UKW membership, Ken? That might get a response.

    Re: September 2009

That may prove, challenging as the info is only in Sage ATM. 😕

I’ll do something in the next newsletter that hits over 1000 mailboxes.

Steven has emailed and asked to put his name forward for the Commitee.

Is he Green or Burton? Suppose I’ll have to post an “official” update tomorrow. Rather than Ken’s most entertaining one in General Trade 😀 .

    Re: September 2009

He’s Steven Withers. Any comments, please?

I would suggest that, as the “official” date has passed, we close the nominations and ask for a block election mandate for the September meeting.

If acceptable, I’ll draft a proposition for us to post over the weekend,

    Chris.

    Re: September 2009

I say we close the voting and propose that the 2 nominees be officially recognised at the September meeting. Of course this would be subject to membership approval, although the response from the membership ATM is noticable by its absence.
One suggestion – do we open the Trade Council Forum (this one) to Barry and Steve so they can get up to speed on what has been going on behind the scenes? This would save them being dropped in at the deep end come the meeting. They may even bring some fresh ideas to the table….. 😉

Remind me to do it tomorrow as I think I may have to reorganise some stuff to that in the way of permissions.

Given that I’m connected via what is like a wet piece of sting to the internet, tonight isn’t a good time. The copious amount of JD consumed has bog all to do with it. 😉

Right, have PM’d Baz and Steven to let them know that they have access to this forum.

Will post “closure, please vote” post.

    Chris.
