I can’t help feeling that we should not let the subscribers contribute to a new server.
We, the shareholders are the only ones to gain financially from more traffic, if our new front page happens for January 1st, the shop will benefit from that and so will ISE.
Whilst I don’t want to shut the door on any of our subscribers, I also want to retain within UKW all of the ownership of the site and its equipment. I’m fine with selling shares, increasing the ownership, but we have to retain control of “all” the bits and pieces. Therefore a new server, is a must, and we should fund it.

If, £3,000 sorts it, do it, we can afford it now. Why wait!

The subscriber account just won’t sort itself out in time for February, too many people don’t have an opinion, even in that forum.

I fear it may be too late to change now to be honest, the topic has been running for too long and there is universal agreement from those that have bothered to reply.
