    There was an issue with the data centre this evening causing the site to be down for the past four hours. Sorry about that, we had no warning of it.

    The data centre is moving on Friday to a new location and this evening’s disruption was a part of that move. It will improve the service but I’m well hacked off about tonight.

    The site will probably also be down for around three hours on Friday evening, that’s planned. I will advise the times as soon as I get them.

    Very inconsiderate of the server, I could have been happily smurfing on here, instead I have had to watch Man United dump Chelski out of the Champions League. :wave:

    Did someone trip over the plug just before 6.00pm, one or two duplicate posts and forum failing to load completely for about an hour?

    At first I thought it might be me, there was a massive explosion near here this morning, utter devastation in the centre of Shaw, right across the road from two of my ISE customers. 🙁

    Make a note of that Ken, terraced inner city housing, yet they saw the advantage in shelling out on buying a quality washer. (No joke intended Jim, I do realise the tragic circumstances of the area in question) …..

    Inner city, :rolls:
    The township of Shaw ( not Oldham ) is not inner city, the open moorland and Pennine hills are less than a mile away. 😛
