smeg service web portal been offline since Thursday, no jobs, spares lookup, ordering, invoicing etc. Just come to a complete standstill.
Just spoke to Andy Dixon who says nothing wrong but a IT failure, meanwhile completed and awaiting spares jobs stacking up on my desk and lack of information from them to their agents is astounding!
Came back on yesterday afternoon late on, within half an hour a complaint email asking us to shed light on a customer complaining we cant complete her job because we are saying their system is down ! Really doe’s make me wonder !
