the fault is drum shaft unit has snapped, its very similar to service front loading machine accept instead of spider to drum, its a circular shape part that holds the shaft on to the drum secured by rivets. iv tryed putting model number into google with no luck.
parts needed are
drum bearings seal
and the shaft unit or complete drum with shaft.close to giving up on this one..
