Sedgemoor Domestic Appliances Ltd Service Force agents based in Bridgwater Somerset.
We are looking for experienced Domestic Appliance Service Engineers to join our existing team.
Candidates must be proficient in the diagnosis and repair of household domestic appliances and have a high level of customer service skills. Gas Safe certification and/or refrigeration experience would also be a distinct advantage but not essential.
The remuneration package includes a competitive wage, non-capped bonus schemes, 25 days holiday, pension scheme and other benefits.
A liveried van, smart phone and all test equipment will be supplied. In house support & manufactures’ training is available.
This role has responsibility for the repair and service of customer’s household products within the customer’s home, providing a high level of professional customer service in a timely manner, whilst adhering to relevant H&S requirements.
The successful candidate will need to complete all repairs proficiently and to the highest standard, ensuring where possible the problem is fixed on the first visit.
Provide a friendly and positive approach to all customers to build a trust relationship.
Will be part of an existing team so will need to be like minded, work as part of a team structure and have a good interrelation with colleagues as well as management.
Control van stock and tidiness within company standards. Maintaining a clean van, ensuring that it is fit for purpose and presents a professional image
Complete all documentation associated with the role accurately and in a timely manner.
Continually apply and develop the specific technical knowledge and job skills/requirements needed for effective job performance (including attending training sessions).
