Hi All
For anyone who has problems trying to get there SERVIS appliance repaired.. try this one :
Sevice calls are now being taken on 0121 251 1655. Phones are being answered with ” Antonio Merloni”. I don`t know who they will be passed onto tho for the actual repair

just confirmed with servis (by calling that no.) that they are actually covering new items for 12 months but are not able to currently register appliances, and to give the customer this 0121 no. instead of the one in the instruction manual, phew well atleast their appliances are still covered now
