The light is on in the fridge of the fridge freezer, but the fridge has defrosted, I have moved the thermostat up and down, there is no noise coming from the freezer at all. I am unable to move the freezer to find out what the model no. is as I am on crutches!! sorry I cant be of any more help at the moment.
Fridge and Freezer are both warm.

Do i need a new one?

    Thanks Nicky 😥

I noticed over the past few months that the fridge side of the freezer kept freezing up, and was on a lot. if that helps! 😀

    Re: Service Fridge Freezer

Hi can anyone help! I am on crutches and I have a son with special needs, I need some advice wether this fridge can be repaired or to buy a new one, at the moment I am keeping his medicines in a cool box and have bought an 240v adapter to run it, not sure if this is suitable long term though

    Thanks

    Re: Service Fridge Freezer

As this model has a standard thermostat that would be the most likely cause and not too expensive to repair 🙂

I can’t be sure obviously but that’s the usual cause if the unit is just “dead” with the light still working.

Have a look here Repairs@ for an engineer and hopefully it will just turn out to be just that.

    Hope this helps.

    Dave.
