getting fed up with wp’s (OK, MFI) requesting “service histories” of customer appliances. They have, after all been invoiced for all the work we have done for them so they must have a service history on thier records yet they constantly ask us to provide one. As the jobs would have been invoiced to the WP rather than the customer its not a simple matter of just tapping in the customer name as I have to do a sub search on the customers address. OK its not the hardest thing to do but its just another time consuming job I could do without and, after all i am only providing info that they already have. I am at the point of asking them for a job number so that I can invoice them for this time.
They never seem to have a problem finding customers history when it involves a possible re call on a job we have done in the past year…. funny that isnt it.
