KeymasterWell folks, CDA welched on the van stocks and they knacked up the tech info. Not exactly getting off to a flying start, but to be honest, it’s no great shock as CDA aren’t the most organised when it comes to aftersales stuff. We thought that setting it all out in advance was enough, apparently not.
But, every cloud as they say…
What has now happened is that we’re dealing direct with Turkey rather than through a third party and we’re dealing with it all. John is already on the case there and Dave is dealing with the spares.
For tech info that means that we should have it as soon as possible from Turkey.
Van stocks should follow just as soon as access to the factory system is in place to enable ordering it all etc.
It also allows us far, far more flexibility on spares sourcing as we can obtain spares from other sources as well asthe current paths.
As soon as there’s more news I’ll share it.

KeymasterNo need.
Most of the stock is with me, I want the final few parts before I authorise dispatch.
If my head wasn’t up my **** this week the tech info would be already done, with massive thanks to both Sean and Martin for their efforts.
Revised instruction manual, again thanks massively to Martin, needs reformatted to cope with different printing options and a section added. Apart from that complete.
Now, if someone could get me another two or three hours in the day we’d be laughing! 😉
Seriously, give me a week or so as this week I’m back on the phones for NWAR as Craig is off. This week I’ve been covering Dave on spares, with massive help from David so I’ve really simply not had time to do everything.

Mine recieved today, thanks, could have done with a list of exactly what we should have. Notice no timer in there.

KeymasterWe decided to get the stock out ASAP Mark and we were on a tight timeline to do it. The list of stock as well as the tech info will be with you late next week or early the following all being well.
Thing is, anyone that has one more than knows enough what the parts are.
As for the PCB, cost came into it I’m afraid and we don’t see them being an issue. Also with all the test procedures etc. so readily to hand there’s no need to change one for the sake of changing it just because you’re not sure.
In the end, we’ve got stock of them and they can be with you in 24 hours, so no biggie really. The bits that are there should cover the vast majority of any issues I should think.

Pcb’s are a strategic “hold back” at the moment, we’ve had no interventions and have excellent info on how to read and clear the fault codes (cheers Sean).
If you feel you need one for a particular call, ask, we’ll post it overnight.
