Service manual and/or spares for Panasonic NN-C877W BBPO

Hi

Can anyone point me towards a copy of the service manual of the above microwave oven and a source of spares, please?

The hole in the square plate forming the roof of the oven chamber and into which the screw securing one of the porcelain supports for the grill element has enlarged due to rust allowing the chunk of porcelain to fall into my soup today! I suspect that I need to replace the plate. A part number for that would be lovely.

Thanks but no!

If you look at the grill element in the top of the oven cavity, it is the square plate – with what looks like a coating similar to that found in self-cleaning conventional ovens – above the grill element.

I could attach a photo if that makes life easier.

I don’t want to scrap this unit for want of a simple bit of steel.
