Please can you check the model number as we do not recognise M301W the nearest ones I can found are M3010W production number 10077122 or M310W production number 010077007.

M301W (B) (Easiwash) was one of the first Servis Merloni to be brought into the country…1991 to around 1997 so getting a manual is going to be difficult. Serial number will help with date of production.
What do you need to know as it’s a straight forward machine, very well made and reliable as it’s age proves.

It’s so old it isn’t on the Merloni site but I have a parts list and diagram if you need it

Thanks,it’s for an old lady who,doesn’t even after all the years she has had it really understand what she is doing,just though the instructin book would help her.

Its an easy machine, would it not save you hassle just to print the basics on an A4 sheet for her ‘cos like most she’ll only prob. use two programmes. IIR its only a 7 programme machine with a few basic options.
