ParticipantIs there a service manual/sequence chart/wiring diagram for this machine?
Please can I have a copy if available?

Nope, we haven’t got it yet. 😕
That’s the bad news.
The good news is that we are now in direct contact and should be getting online access to all the information, spares, tech, the lot, very soon I hope going on communiques this week.
The problem was they had all this arranged and they have or had access but have not passed all the information along with the login details for the system. This has also caused the delay on the van stocks much to my and Kevin’s annoyance as this was supposed to have been in place months ago.
As soon as we have the info so will everyone else.
All I’ll say is that our displeasure is well known. 😉

I wonder if you managed to fire an ISE up last weekend Ken? Just to get some clarity as to those LED’s sequence of events etc?

KeymasterSorry Martin, I had to find out for you by testing.
The light sequence goes from Ready to Wash as the machine starts and the door locks to Spin and back to Ready as the door unlocks.
Is that enough or do you want more?
Also, just as a side note the program times are (for once) fairly accurate so far, within 5 minutes of the guidelines in the manual.

No problem, I have installed 7, and after the Easter lull have two very strong possibles today. 🙂
I may even have time to sit and watch one of them sooner or later. 😉

That’s fine Ken, at least I am some way forward on that issue, thanks!
Have you any idea about the ‘Pre-wash’ LED’s purpose is in fault diagnosis? The user is told that when that light flashes, to “turn off the tap and call for service”? no mention of turning off the machine as well , just the tap for goodness sake????
Does it flash error codes I wonder?

KeymasterNo Martin, we’re awaiting all the service info coming through from the Turks.

Child Lock activation????
It refers that once the child lock is activated, the “first auxillary function’s LED will be flashing!”——– Do I then assume that the first auxillary LED is in fact the PREWASH light?? Not having a machine 😉 I cannot be sure because it would make sense if only for User Booklet clarification! 😕

KeymasterYou’ll have one soon enough Martin and I don’t know the answer to that myself as I’ve not tried the child lock.
I may have tried it had it been to lock them in it! 😆

ParticipantRe: Servicing/Diagnostics
So many things wrong with the User Booklet I’ve spotted it’s getting ridiculous, but I do need to get clarification from a Sequence Chart at least to correct this. For example trying to re-write the Programme Guide at the moment and not knowing which ‘Options’ are available is a joke.
Prewash, Quickwash and Rinse Plus are incorrectly shown on the diagram. And other options which must be included in the various programmes as a default are simple missing 🙂
There’s no HLCC symbols included either, so I will at least get them up on the chart – eventually when these very loose ends are tied that is 😉
I also need to take a trip to Turkey and give someone a kicking I reckon 👿
