Anyone else got this email from isdal?

    Dear ISDAL Agent,

Can you let me have responses to the following questions by return.

    Servis Appliances

1] Do you currently or have you historically, carried out repairs on Servis Appliances?

2] Do you currently hold a stock of Servis parts?

3] Do you have possession of a portable programming device for washing machine control boards?

Failure to respond may result in missing out on potential new business. Please email or call me directly with this information by 12/11/08 latest.

    Best Regards

    Re: servis

Yes but what is it all about?

Are they looking to take on Warranty work for Servis or for a retailer who has been stuffed by the demise of Servis UK.

    Re: servis

So it seems that we are now supposed to repair servis again via jobs sent from isdal, plus with have to source our own parts for them, i thought most parts had disappeared and not able to get them, is anyone going to bother doing these? At £32 doubt be many takers ..

    Re: servis

As I understand it, this is for the B&Q machine which was sourced from Vestel.

If this is true, most faults will be related to the interlock and I think that should be readily available from this site as its the same as the ISE2 door lock.

Also, you wont need the tool to reprogram the unit, it isn’t used for Vestel sourced machines.
