Servis 6005 not taking conditioner

Guys,

I know this might be a real simple one but I’m a little stuck with it.

Been to see a machine that will not take conditioner during it’s wash cycle. Interestingly there are no problems with the soap powder.

Any advice would be appreicated,

lid off ,if its got two red actauators on the top of the s/disp then its them sticking .
If not a new disp lid or blockage or low water pressure (not jumping the gap)
