service circuit board with dead machine fault, both 6.2 k resistors are open circuit, doesent seem usual for 2 to go down at same time? im sure i read a while back connect sell them, i dont have a connect account can they be sourced anywere else?

Get an exchange unit from EMW – next day delivery and 6 months warranty – less stress and if it fails again, they’ll swap it without quibble.

i use emw all the time but today i was told they cant get the chips for a 546089203 board i need repairing i hope this doesnt happen with all the servis boards.
