Servis caress 1300 – M3103A washine machine no fill, no spi

Got a problem with my washing machine. When switched on, there is a click sound to say that the door is locked and after that nothing happens. No water filling, no drum rotating , etc…

Just as a note, the first time when it stopped working was when i switched on, it filled with water and stopped in the middle of filling. Thats it, no drianing also. I drained the water when i cleaned the lint filter.

Could you tell me what has gone wrong and how much will it take to repair, option 1 by a professional , option 2 by me.

I would say the main module has failed and will need replacing.
An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get you on the road again.

Unplug as always before attempting any repair :plug:

you have not indicated any motor action. on some servis machines,the drum agitates as it fills and if the motor goes open circuit you will get the problem you are describing. go for option 1, get a proffessional in for an inspection,ensure you ask for a quote first tho!!! cheers
