servis d/w error code

servis m4608al machine showing e5 (d/w) every time i go to it it works ok (sods law) but customer has had e5 come up a couple of times couldnt find it in error codes section any ideas?

Hi Paul
ERROR E5, This check is carried out during the drain water phase.
1st case. The error DOES NOT stop the wash and is displayed at the end of the wash cycle
Error is signalled before filling with water if the pressure switch is registering FULL
Skips water full phase
Executes the next phase.
Check the drain pump is operating correctly and hoses are not blocked.
Check the pressure switch resets correctly
2nd case. The error STOPS the wash and is displayed IMMEDIATLY.
As above but is still full of water from last wash or pressure switch is acctivated.
