Servis Diswasher No Heat

M4904 This slimline intergrated DW was throwing up “No Heat” error. Heater tested ok but i found the cut out stat had blown so replaced it along with the resettable one. Checked water was filling to right level and away i went. Got called back to say its doing the same again.
Any pointers before i go back as this machine is an absalute pig to get out!

Been back to this machine and it has blown the cut out stat again!
Why would it do this? The water level is ok.
Not sure how the heating control functions on this machine but you have a resettable stat that operates at 78o and a non at 90o. There is also an ntc which checks out ok ( although not sure if values are in range) could it be this? This machine is the same as a baumatic one ive come accross before, Chinese i think.

if its anything like the Hotpoint BF50 with the re setable stat, is the heater badly scaled up or the circ pump not running at full speed.

It sounds like its not getting shot of the heat quick enough. ask the customer if there is lots of foam in the tub when she is using it (foam not a good conductor of heat)
