i have a problem with my servis m0330w fridge freezer. The freezer part was half cold, as in top couple of shelves were warm and lower were cold, and the fridge area was warm.I removed panel from inside of freezer and defrosted pipes this seem to help freezer , but i noticed that the fan was not working, should this happen and is this the problem with my fridge.

Were the pipes in freezer evnly coated with ice all over? if they weren’t it’s likely you have a refrigerant loss or compressor fault.The circulation fan doesn’t operate until -12c is acheived on evaporator so that’s why it’s not working but it is a seperate raeson as suggested above wht the machine isn’t cooling.
