Hi , been out to this and the whole thing is dead, no lights on pcb , no power to comp/motor.cust says it was working fine until unplugged by mistake, suspect pcb fault????

changed quite a few pcbs for dead fault on these pricey job though.

yeh had a few of these defo pcb..
if its one that looks like mouse box inside fridge there is also a wiring mod

you can find part no on old pcb if you have it
on small sticker , stuck to one of the relay boxes
