Servis M3025 Sole Motor

Well you must be saying Not again,Not another Servis.

Have this machine witht the sole motor.Only problem is that I does not do a full spin.At spin cycle it just goes around like wash spin.The module is ok (beleive it or not) because I had another machine to test it.Took the belt out in case exessive force, even put the motor in another M3025 and still no joy.

I have checked the contiunity of the motor wiring seems ok.Could it be the tacho.It is showing a resistance of around 180 ohms whoch is pretty much same as the working motor that I have.

Then what could it be?

Most common cause, will not spin without a heavy load in drum. Try putting a load in drum, if no load or too light a load, will not spin.

definatly tacho its not getting the correct feed back so not commiting to full spin

Have you checked the pressure switch or an earth fault on the heater?

Bob,

I think his first post is saying he’s proved its the motor? (As the motor is producing the same fault in another M3025.)

Fairdeal wants to know what is wrong on the motor to cause such a fault.
