does anyone know how much it would cost to buy a new curciut board for my washing machine(part no. DMPU R5)a guy came round to give me an estimate and took the part of so i would be grateful if anybody could tell me which way the wires go back on,,,

If you check the wires, they are labelled A, B, C – these correspond with positions printed on the pcb. Power off of course.

Dave Conway will be able to advise re. price of replacement.

You don’t want to know about the Servis price – £90 odd :eeek:

Can you get the faulty one back from the engineer (it’s your property ;)) as you can get refurbished modules for these at a far better price ?

Best price I can come up with is about £75 inc VAT 🙁

When (if) you get it back, there should be a 546??????? number on it, if you can let me know that I’ll check further for you 🙂

could u confirm he the engineer is right,what happened was the machine stopped half way through a wash,then after that nothing else would work,only the red light comes on,does that sound about right to you

I can’t be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} for obvious reasons but yes, it sounds like a module fault.
