Servis M3101A W/M Not spinning

Hi Guys,

Went to se this job today.It takes water in then it does not spin at all.If I put on Spin programme, it drains the water out and spins slowly for a short while then it stops again.Checked the pcb nothing is blown but i still suspect it.
Any ideas?

Have you checked module very carefully for dry joints around relays?

Yes there are no dry joints on the module.The only thing that i noticed was that the two white relays were hot.
any idea?

Hi,
they should be hot but a lot of these modules can try and send the motor both ways on spin and so slow and then try again to spin. After many years on these machines the module is always first port of call.I have heard that an earth leak on the element can cause this but never come across it
