    my friend owns a Servis M3115W 1100 spin washing machine its 18 months old dosent get used much about 3 times a week but almost every wash cycle it gets stuck during wash and will just carry on tumbling in wash mode until advanced onto rinse and then it will rinse forever until advanced onto spin.

    Is this a timer fault, would it be worth repairing?, because i have seen a new zanussi model that i like but am wondering what would be best!!!!

    Buy the Zanussi 😉

    The Servis will probably be a module failure and they aren’t cheap (unlike the machines :))

    Hi

    It could be a heater fault if getting stuck in wash mode . Is it heating the water ?
