    after fitting new water heater water remains cold does any one know if there is a reset button or is themostat faulty

    Fitted on top of the heater box (container area) manual reset sometimes you can tap the inner liner and it will reset otherwise a long flat screwdriver works. Good luck.

    Thanks For reply Does the red button have to be down or up its down at the moment but still not heating.
