Servis M491W problems

    Hi,
    We have a Servis M491W, serial number: 994815796.
    1st problem yesterday was that it overfilled (I assume?) and water come cascading out from the bottom of the door.
    I stopped the machine, emptied it as best i could and checked any hoses I could for blockages and also checked the pressure switch which i think is ok??
    However, on turning it back on, the machine refilled BUT did’nt overfill this time but emptied straight away and now the machine seems to be stuck on a program and not doing anything but humming?

    Any ideas to clear the p=rogram so that I can test again for leaks please..
