servis m6006w not starting power light coming on and start button flashing door not locking .start switch seems ok as does module control board

Hi

Most likely door interlock faulty , sometimes opening and closing door will activate machine .

Could you post the serial number (in the filter flap) as there are three versions of this model.

all sorted but a bit dodgy sevis engineer said it needed to be reset but they would give her a new machine. sounds very strange to me if it only needed to be reset.
