servis m6011 washer keeps taking on water and draining it st

i have a servis washing machine, its around 6 years old. never had a problem until recently.
now when i try to wash it keeps on taking in water, which flows into the washer and straight out the drain! the drum turns round once, then it starts taking on water again and lets it flow straight back out.
ive been told the fill valve may be broken? but i have no idea where this is situated on the machine? i bought the washer in the uk and moved to belgium, so finding a servis repairman here i think will be a challenge!

does anyone know where i can get a manual or a diagram of whats what in the machine? how do i know what im looking for?

sorry just read forum rules that you cant give diagrams, but can anyone tell me does it sound like a faulty/broken valve and ‘roughly’ where that piece would be?

would holes through the grey door seal cause water filling problems?

i havent moved the hose height yet this problem has only just started……

Hold the drainhose in the sink and try the machine and see if that helps.

If it works then it is syphoning for some reason.

Is the pump running at the same time as it’s filling, or does it fill then pump?

i would say at the same time, because as fast as the water goes in, it comes straight out the drain pipe outside….

it sounds like the pcb is faulty plug out if checking.
but there will probably be nothing visible.

Yup, drain pump triac blown on pcb.

whats a pbc and can it easily be replaced? or is it better buying a new machine?

PCB – printed circuit board in the back of the machine. It is a notorious weak spot on Merloni/Servis appliances. There will be a number on the label starting 546——. This is the part number if you decide to replace the part.
