I’ve scoured the internet, but I am unable to find any references to my washing machine the Servis m6055, my issue is is that I am receiving the error code F2 on the front display. I have seen in this forum references to the codes F3, F4, F5 and F6, but not F2.

When I select a program, and press start, the drum starts to turn, first one way then the other, and I can hear water being drawn into the machine, but after about 3 or 4 mins, it will stop, and flash the code.

I have absolutely no idea about the interal mechanics of washing machines, so if anybody could shed some light on my issue, (in basic terms) it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thankyou in advance

It refers to a filling ‘time-out’ error. The water pressure may be too low or the inlet valves at fault? If you need assistance to fix it then try our :Repairs@

    HI

Are you sure it’s a Servis M6055 as it’s not showing up on the service manual list

Yeah it’s a valid number, IIRC it’s a horrid thing with two boards in it and a penchant for eating bearings like sweeties. Typical current Servis stuff really. 🙄

    It’s definately a M6055,
Look like an 80’s relic, completely biege and brown!!!

However it was free, so I cant really complain.
My landlord sent a plumber round to fix a leak in the bathroom a couple of days ago, and it’s only since he’s been that the issue has crept up.
I’m hoping that the pressure has been reduced as a result of something he’s done whilst playing with the pipes (no pun intended), in which case I can get him to sort out the problem he caused.

    Thanks again for your help
