Servis M6135 won’t spin or wash

Hi all
Can you help, my machine when started fills as normal then seems to stop, i have had the covers off and after it fills you can hear the module click every few seconds, I presume this is the relay controlling the motor action, but the motor doesnt turn. I have tried setting it on PUMP & SPIN cycle, again it the pump runs and the same clicking sound can be heard, I can see no water marks on the module or motor, what do i check and how, i am a competent electrician but never really touched a washing machine before

Two things may be causing this fault, firstly worn motor brushes the most likely. Secondly, the Electronic Module is at fault OR BOTH due to motor failure.

Not a DIY job, call in the experts to have it checked out. Always pull the plug out before even attempting to look at it yourself ❗

thanks Martin, i forgot to mention that the machine is about 18 months old, and i have checked the bushes, and they have plenty of life in them

In that case take the Module out and send it to these guys who can test and repair it for you :-
