Servis M6140AL no power up

This ones bugging me. Machine was working fine until delivered to customer when it was dead on arrival. No lights come on. No clicks from module. replaced module still no power. Wiring is ok coming in and on/off switch goes live ok . No loose wires i can see .What should i look for next?

Have you got live and neutral at the main switch? Sounds like youve lost the neutral.

hi i have had this a couple of times on the newer servis mahines if this is one of the ones with a little pcb behind the facia with the buttons on. if this goes the machine is dead other than that the main pcb is at fault. you said you were del it back have you done a repair on it wiring?.
