    HI
    We have the above appliance sno 20052304344 which reqs a new door seal
    pt no 404002500
    the part supplied from connect is about 1 inch too big in diameter for fitting onto the tub front .
    we have reordered and the replacement is the same i can’t see a pattern available
    does anyone know if an alternate exists or if there was a change in production between serial numbers?

    That part no. is correct according to servis website

    There are two different door seals fitted to this appliance, the first one you have listed is one, the other seal fitted prior to 2006 is 404002600 if you have a look on the old seal you will see the part number in the seal itself. This will allow you to identify the right one for your machine.
