Had a brief look at this today. Helpful customer had diconnected machine and moved it to shed to be helpful [!]. I could not therefore test it properly. Reported fault was no spin, distribute only. On selecting the spin prog, one can hear one of the solenoid valves energise briefly, but of course the machine cant fill as there is no supply. One thing I did find was that the heater was open circuit. Has anyone found an open heater to cause a no spin fault on this model? Thanks for any help.

i dont know about open circuit heater causing no spin but if its got a short it could.
i would probably connect up a heater and try it but if it doesnt work its the pcb.

I have resolved this. Went back with a heater. machine now connected up . Started it on what i thought was a spin prog. It started to Fill, tthen it overfilled. cleared pressure system, and tried agaain . This time it filled, and started to heat. Obviously a previously selected wash prog had not cleared. I told customer to let it run its course, and if successful to try it with a load. She rang later to say it worked OK. Keeping my fingers crossed.

These machines should always be reset to stop after every wash to clear memory as they can remember parts of previous washes ie:- spin only, fill only, wash forever etc. I reset before anything else (apart from the kettle) 😆
