Customer tells me cant open door, although the machine appears to still run through cycles ok, so I am presuming only the interlock has a fault, but can anyone tell me if there may also may also be a fault on the pcb module.(as hotpoints do)

I doubt module has fault.
On that model it could just as well be the door handle.
The metal pin which pushes through the hook and spring can just come out of allignment.
If you open the door from inside you can then take the outer trim partially off and re-allign handle parts.
Check the clear plastic part of the door handle hasn’t got a fracture in it.
