Servis M9614W burning smell when dryer is on

Hi there,

I have a Servis m9614w washer dryer. Tonight while it was on the drying setting it started giving a slight burning smell, not quite burning rubber I think, but similar to that. I powered it off and inside the drum and clothes smell fine.

Any ideas what it could potentially be and what the ballpark costs of fixing it might be?

Heated and fan unit need a careful inspection. Power off before removing lid. :zap:

No “ballpark cost” for fixing I’m afraid. You’d best ask your local repair guy to inspect and quote.
