Servis s9698mess fridge freezer

Hi all, I have an american style side by side fridge freezer, Servis, model S9698MESS that needs new right hand side fridge door seal. I googled the model number and drew a complete blank everywhere, including all the usual parts sites, anyone any idea where I can get this part or similar that will do the job. Fridge is 2013 model , but apart from seal it is working fine. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

I also googled that model number and came up blank. Thats strange because it normally bring up something even old sellers of the product

are you sure that is the model number
