    Hi guys
I have a customer who has said her machine has been damaged by the workmen. looking at the machine the seial numbers have been removed
and a sticker that may have been from borsch electrics, is there anyway you can check if the machine has been returned for a dent and then resold (at borsch) or a way of tracking if it has been resold as damaged.
i have managed to decypher the serial number.
    regards lone

Wouldn’t Borsch Electrical Superstore be able to assist you there?

Usually graded appliances are stripped of their ID to render them untraceable for that reason though. 🙁

Cabinet damage is an automatic exchange point for Servis machines if within the first 28 days. Obviously, if outside this 28 day period Servis would not entertain the claim. If you have the serial number that will give the week of manufacturer and thereby the sale date to within a couple of weeks. If you post the serial I can check with servis to see if they have any history.

I agree with Martin it’s a Bgrade and therefore Servis probably won’t have a history as the retailer has to stand the warranty
