Servis W/D Door Seal M9503W/1

Hi,
I have tryed to fit a new door seal to this w/d. I think my supplier got it from connect. Part No. GSK 100013.
It is slightly to small and the lip wont grip onto plastic outer drum.

Has anyone come accross this before ❓

The Serial No.is 20073713816-014077078-01 machines about 12mths old ❗

This is part number you want. No alternative listed.

gsk 100013 is an alternative for 404001200 ( The diameter of this seal is slightly smaller)

yeap ive had the same problem mate,felt like crying after 30 mins of trying to fit a seal that was too small,I think the problem is that the old and new seals look the same but are different sizes,so take original seal with you(if customer cant use m/c)and match up,Dan

Forgot to say,be carefull when fitting the spout/rude bit! ,the plastic can crack.
