servis w/m boiling?

servis m6216al i went to it about three months ago cos it was boiling clothes on a low temp wash. couldnt find a fault with it then about six weeks later got the same call when i went back still couldnt find a problem but i nipped up the contacts on the module just incase, now ive just had the same call again i know it will be sods law when i go it will behave itself has anyone got any advice pls.

Hi Paul,
Just check that the customer is putting the selector back to stop at the end of each wash even if selecting the same programme to clear the memory. These machines have a habit of remembering previous progs or even parts like spin and only doing that.
She may have done a boil and not cleared the memory.

Don’t want to state the obvious….hot and cold hoses wrong way round?
