    Hi can anybody help.
    I have a Sevis caress 1000A washing machine.
    The other day it stopped draining (this has happened before) so as last time i changed the drain pump now it’s draining ok but the drum is not turning or spinning.
    The belt is fine. When it should spin i can hear a clicking noise and the motor is not turning.
    Could it be the PCB?

    Check the motor brushes. Sometimes they can weld in place if the machine was having problems befor when pumping the water out .Always unplug from the mains first. :rolls:

    Thanks Mate
    Just took the brushes out cleaned them and it’s working now
    i will order some brushes now.
