called this evening to Servis M3025

problems are

1] machine will take in water on some occasions when programme is selected

NO WASH ACTION other than 2 revs of drum.

2] Select spin only cycle- drain pump activates—2 revs of drum NO SPIN at all

3] Checked voltage at MOTOR- NO volts at all

4] selected SPIN CYCLE 2nd time–takes in water and carrys out wash cycle action.

5] which ever programme you select..programme does not time out, it just runs until on/off swtich is pressed.

CAN WE Say PROGRAMMER AS SHOT IT —OR IS THERE A RESET PROCEEDURE?

if programmer is u/s any idea of cost

Machine is just 22 months old

Module part number is 546037800 at £85.75 ex VAT from Connect, but you can get a recon much less than that 😉

be careful the motors had a nasty habit of taking the modules out

Good point Lawrence, check for water dripping onto the motor often from an overflow in the SD, makes a lovely mess.
