    Hi

    Customer just phoned,she has got a problem with her washing machine.When she does a full load it spins fine,doing half load doesn’t spin at all.She tried doing half lod with half load button pressed and without,still same problem.Filter is clear.Any suggestions.

    out of balance with a small load ,check if it does it with no clothes in .m

    Servis mainly have dmp**** series modules on that are very temprimental on spinning I get loads of trouble with them….
    One thing I have found though is try a new belt first this seems to cause a few probs but only on about 2/10 I’d say….The feed back on the o.o.b. seems to be a very weak point on these…
