SERVIS WASHING MACHINE

Hi have this servis w/m M3101A-1 its not spinning. module was changed about a month ago which cured the fault. now no drum action at all. there seems to be a problem with it pulseing i.e when filling it fills for a second the stops then fills the stops etc. then other timer it will fill fine. i was thinking either relay on pcb sticking, timer motor sticking, or pressure switch. anybody had the same problem PLease Help 😡 😡 😡

you could eliminate the pressure switch as a suspect by disconnecting the pressure hose and trying it again on fill.

Check rear of module board for dry joint on relay section. If not, try tightening the belt as servis do seem to have the problem of belts stretching. Maybe the pcb but if so something must be making this happen. Otherwise more than likely the motor. Hope this helps. 🙂

Squeeze the edge connectors on the module sometimes one isnt connecting – I had one not spinning after fitting a new module and ‘putting the squeeze on’ solved it.

I have check the module for dry joints and i have check the motor tacho windings and brushes all seem fine. The bit that is wierd is the intermitant pulsing on filling and draining

all controled via the module mate, so would go for that. Not unusual to have multiple failures of these.
